Rain water can be harvested in tanks build on our property. Collect runoff water in tanks for future use. The water should first be passed through a filter of pebble, charcoal and sand. This will help filter the waste and purify the water. This water tank should be build under the roof. Polythene sheets can also be used to conserve water.
